SHIPPING

Each piece of 5th Street jewellery is hand-made and made to order. Please allow 3 business days for product to be made before dispatch. All pieces are hand made and shipped from Sydney, Australia. 

Once an item is shipped, 5th Street is no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages that are; lost in transit, stolen or un-retrieved that have been confirmed as delivered. 

International duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your country's government website for more information on whether you might be liable for duty or tax payments.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. 5th Street is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything possible to assist, however, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

AUSTRALIA

Orders under $200 (AUD) - Flat rate of $10 for express shipping

Orders over $200 (AUD) - Free express shipping

 

1 - 3 business days 

NEW ZEALAND

Orders under $500 (AUD) - Flat rate of $20 for standard shipping, $35 for express shipping. 

Orders over $500 (AUD) - Free express shipping

4 - 7 business days 

REST OF THE WORLD

Flat rate of $30 standard pack and track international shipping, $45 express pack and track international shipping.

 3 - 14 business days 

 

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship most orders via Express Australia Post. 

Orders shipping to New Zealand are shipped via Australia Post International Express Post.

Orders to USA, Canada and select international locations will be shipped via DHL Express. 

Please note, processing delays due to; customs, public holidays, severe weather and courier transit errors are not within our control. 

 

RETURNS 

Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our materials, all items are final sale.  As our products are made-to-order, we cannot except returns due to change of mind. In the event that a piece is deemed as faulty, the piece will be assessed by 5th Street and either repaired or refunded. This does not affect the rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
